About Us
Northwest Psychedelics
Northwest Psychedelic Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing evidence-based psychedelic services, research, and education in the Pacific Northwest. We provide supportive services, training, and community resources that help individuals and professionals engage with psychedelics safely and ethically. Rooted in science and compassion, our work fosters healing, connection, and growth through collaboration and learning. We strive for a world where psychedelic practice are both rooted in science and responsive to the wide diversity of human experience.

OUR THREE MISSIONS
Practice
Providing legal, culturally responsive access to psychedelics that is grounded in science.
Research
Supporting science-based psychedelic research with an explicit commitment to inclusion
Education
Disseminating evidence-based information to clinicians and the wider community.
Our Story
Northwest Psychedelic Services was created to expand access to safe, evidence-based psilocybin services while supporting rigorous scientific progress. Our founding team includes clinicians and researchers with direct experience in psychedelic clinical trials, including MDMA- and psilocybin-assisted therapy studies conducted through the Portland Institute for Psychedelic Science (PIPS). We’ve seen firsthand how careful preparation, skilled facilitation, and thoughtful integration can help people move toward lives of meaning and vitality.

As a nonprofit, our mission is to make these services safer, more effective, and more accessible to more people—especially those who might otherwise be left out—while supporting community education, training, and independent research. We’re here to build a responsible, science-informed ecosystem where healing, and equity guide every step.
What We Do

Psilocybin Services
We offer legal, ethical, and evidence-based services in the state-legalized system in Oregon. All of our services are compliant with Oregon state law. We also will be providing scholarships and financial assistance for low-income and marginalized individuals.
Psychedelic Research
We support and participate in research aimed at understanding psilocybin’s therapeutic potential and improving public health.

Education and Training
We develop professional training programs that help facilitators, clinicians, and community partners work safely and effectively in the emerging field of psychedelic medicine.
